In the midst of devastation lives the uncertainty of what comes next. For individuals, families, and businesses, either directly or indirectly affected by the Coronavirus, the financial impact of the occurrence, especially for people in underserved communities, is extensive.

Faced with the ﬁnancial reality of job loss, business interruption, credit issues, and debt, affected Americans need the support of HOPE Inside Disaster, formerly known as HOPE Coalition America (HCA), HOPE's division for disaster preparedness and recovery.

On, March 13, 2020, Coronavirus was officially declared a U.S. national emergency. At some point, we believe every American will begin to experience some level of economic stress as a result of Coronavirus.

HOPE Inside Disaster is the only ﬁnancial emergency preparedness and recovery service in the country, created following the tragic events of 9/11. In partnership with FEMA, Operation HOPE pioneered the new federal policy space of emergency disaster preparedness, response and recovery.

Through partnerships with the American Red Cross, FEMA, and industry leaders, our teams deploy in response to federally-declared disasters to serve as a ﬁnancial advocate for local residents and small business owners.

Operation HOPE leverages the career experience and personal knowledge of virtual volunteers, many of whom work in, or are retired from the financial services industry.
